The Book of Mormon
We want to see this broadway show. Badly.
In other news, we went to the doctor again today. Everything is right on track! Heard the heartbeat again. 158/159 beats per minute. We could also hear (through the doppler) what the doctor thought was an arm or leg moving in front of the machine. :) After the appointment, Mike and I talked about how we both thought it was like we were hearing our baby on a cell phone and could have a conversation with him/her; both had a desire to start talking to baby.
Here are some pictures from Mother's Day which was a beautiful day.

This Just Happened
We're walking down the street, returning home from dinner. We run into a classmate of mine and his wife. E has never met either of them; I have never met the other woman.
The other woman. That sounds naughty.
Anyway, the conversation was going quite well until E says the following while my classmate was literally in mid-sentence:
"I'm sorry, but I'm pregnant and have to pee. It's time for Mike and I to go."
My proper wife, ladies and gentlemen. Not as bad as the other woman storming off without saying goodbye, but still not exactly Judith Martin.
The storming off may never have happened. They were actually quite delightful and wished E well in her bodily functions.

WBU and the Wheaties Box Champions?
First, the belly update:
Via photo:
Via commentary:
I have been able to feel the baby moving for a few weeks now! Yesterday in a therapy session, the baby was moving the entire hour. Hard not to smile but my client was crying about having lost her mother. Not really the best timing for cracking a smile. Mike has been trying to feel the baby's movement, but has only been able to do so on a couple of occasions. It's only a matter of time though! I have much more energy and have not been feeling sick. Thank you God!
Next, a little glimpse into a typical Schwartz evening...
The background info: one of the items auctioned at the Charity Auction Ball that Mike fundraised for was a Wheaties box with the person's picture on it. When Mike sent the Wheaties representative at e-mail thanking him for the donation, he also let the man know about the success of the event and his geniune disappointment that he felt when the box went out of our price range. The man responded by saying that Mike could send him a photo for his own complimentary box. Of course, Mike was not interested in sending in a nice picture or an athletic picture, he wanted it to be the ridiculous. We took about...75 pictures last night. Here are 6 of our favorites:

Do you have a favorite?
And a quick shoutout to my in-laws:
This picture is from their visit to Evanston back in April. We were eating at Tapas Barcelona. Aren't you guys proud of your son?!?! Beard, ridiculous pictures, a Wheaties box?!?!?!?! :) I know, I know. I married him. And am so glad I did.

Week 16 WBU
And now my third post of the day.
Come Friday, my wife will be four full months pregnant. Which means we will be in the fifth month. Which, according to her, means we should no longer answer the "how far along is she?" question in weeks, but rather in months.
While only discussing the pregnancy in monthly increments, I have also been informed by numerous people not involved in the creation or the rearing of my child that I also am not allowed to say things such as:
Apparently, only one of us is actually "pregnant" and "expecting." There is no "we." I say fiddlesticks to that. I'm pretty sure "we" made the child. "We" are planning for the child. "We" are horrified by the bags of cash "we" will need to raise the child. Thusly, "we" are pregnant and expecting.
They may have a point with the third comment. In my defense, I have only said it twice.
Anywho, here's what the pretty growing lady looks like...
This picture elicited the first "Is that really what I look like?" of the pregnancy. Yes ma'am, it is. You have officially moved past "Is she fat or is she pregnant?" and entered "Yup, she's knocked up."
